1.This is a limited period promotional offer ("Offer") provided and funded by Digital Ivory Ltd ("OnePlus"), and made available on www.amazon.in and/or the mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in") by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon").
2.These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Amazon.in Gift Cards ("Gift Card Terms") issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited ("QwikCilver"). (ii)Purchase the OnePlus 6 mobile phone ("Product") during the relevant time period provided below in Clause 5 (such period hereinafter referred to as the "Phone Sale Period").
May Event Period and the Phone Sale Period shall collectively be referred to as "Offer Period" for this Offer. The Offer Period may be extended or revoked by the Brand at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
5.To avail this Offer, the Product must be purchased on:

6.Each customer who successfully undertakes both the steps mentioned in Section 4 and 5 above from the same Amazon.in account ("Eligible Customer") will be entitled to receive (i) cashback to the tune of INR 1000 ("Cashback"); and (ii) three months extended manufacturer warranty on the Product ("Extended Warranty"). The Cashback and the Extended Warranty shall collectively be referred to as "Benefit".
7.The Cashback will be provided in the form of Amazon Gift Card redeemable as Amazon Pay Balance in the Eligible Customer's Amazon.in account. Amazon Gift Cards are issued Qwikcilver and are subject to the Gift Card Terms. It is hereby clarified that Amazon Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned.
8.The Cashback under this Offer will be credited in the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Customer by May 25, 2018. The Extended Warranty under this Offer will be activated on the Product by June 30, 2018.
